The Acropolis connection
A city where history and everyday life meet. Athens keeps us connected to the cultural heart of Greece, to ideas, people and a living sense of continuity.
A human hospitality company with a Hellenic soul, guided by sustainability, shaped by local culture and centred on the people who work with us and stay with us.
Meraki Collection began with a simple question: can hospitality feel less like an industry, and more like a genuine human exchange?
Our story lives between two places that show different faces of Greece. Athens gives us movement, ideas, culture and a connection to contemporary Greek life. Santorini brings us back to the elements: volcanic earth, strong light, the Aegean Sea and the quiet intelligence of island traditions.
Between the city and the island, we found our way of working. We believe that hospitality can be beautiful without being excessive, professional without becoming impersonal, and successful without losing respect for the place and the people that make it possible.
That is why Meraki Collection is built around more than rooms. We care about how resources are used, how local history is represented, how our team is treated, how guests connect with a destination and what remains after they leave. Sustainability, for us, includes the environment, culture and human wellbeing together.
Our first stays, Mon Signor and Fanouris Condo in Kamari, Santorini, carry this philosophy in their own way. As Meraki Collection grows, the idea remains the same: create places with character, work with care and keep Greek hospitality personal.
We are based in Athens and Santorini. One keeps us connected to modern Greece; the other keeps us close to the landscape, the seasons and the Aegean.
A city where history and everyday life meet. Athens keeps us connected to the cultural heart of Greece, to ideas, people and a living sense of continuity.
A place of silence, sea and light. Santorini reminds us to slow down, breathe more deeply and stay close to simplicity, beauty and the rhythm of the island.
Our current collection is in Kamari, Santorini. Each property has its own character, but both are guided by the same approach: thoughtful simplicity, genuine service and connection to place.
An intimate hotel shaped around calm, personal attention and the pleasure of staying close to the everyday rhythm of Kamari.
Discover Mon Signor →A relaxed residential stay that offers independence and comfort while keeping guests connected to the local character of the island.
Discover Fanouris Condo →Greek beauty is not only Santorini. It is the clear horizon of the Aegean, the stone of the mainland, the shade of an olive tree, neighbourhood life in Athens and the directness of a table shared with others.
We want Meraki Collection to feel connected to that wider Greece, not through clichés, but through honest materials, natural light, local knowledge, simplicity and warmth.
Our ecological philosophy is part of a wider promise: to care for natural resources, local culture, working relationships and the quality of every guest experience.
We work toward lower waste, careful use of water and energy, responsible materials and decisions suited to each place.
Architecture, food, memory, craftsmanship and local traditions are living culture, never just decoration.
Our team deserves respect, trust and fair relationships. A good guest experience begins with a healthy working culture.
We prefer attention over performance: listening, sharing useful local knowledge and giving each guest space to experience Greece their way.
Meraki Collection is built around relationships. We want the people who work with us to feel seen and valued, and the people who stay with us to feel welcomed rather than processed.
This is the different way we want to bring to hospitality: less distance, less theatre, more sincerity. Professional standards matter, but so do kindness, fairness, humour, curiosity and the freedom to be human. We want people who join Meraki Collection to feel that they can belong, grow and create something meaningful here.
We are not building a collection of hotels.
We are building a way of welcoming people.
